Of course, it may happen that your order does not meet your expectations. In that case, you can return it to us free of charge and within 14 days.

How do I return my item?

For orders received from PostNL:

The moment we shipped your order, you received an email where you could track the shipment.

To create the return label, look for this email, and click on the link in this email. A screen will now open with your order's shipping information. At the bottom right of this screen, you can click the button to create a return label.

  1. How do I download the return label ?
    Click the button to create and download the return label. You can print the return label with any standard printer. If you do not have a printer, you can also have PostNL scan the barcode from your phone. They will then print out a label for you.
  2. How do I prepare the package for shipping ?
    Pack the order carefully and attach the return label visibly to the package. Make sure the box contains something with your name on it and indicate on a bill whether you want to exchange or return the order.
  3. Drop off at a PostNL location:
    Deliver the return package ready for shipping to a PostNL location. You do not have to pay more for sending the package at the service point.

For orders received from DHL:

  1. Click here to create a return label.

    Fill in your details and choose either a QR code or a printable label. Please enter your order number under reference.

  2. How do I prepare the package for shipping?
    Package the order carefully and attach the return label visibly to the package. Make sure there is something in the box that has your name on it and indicate on a bill whether you want to exchange or return the order.
  3. You can return the package to a DHL Service point near you.

Refund

We need some time to process your return. Once your returned order reaches us, we will check the details and you will receive your money back within 30 days in the same way you paid in our shop.


Can I exchange an order?

If you would like to exchange your order for another product, this is of course also possible. In this case, please put a bill in the box of your return package, clearly indicating which product you would prefer to receive.
