How do you use walking wool?

Using walking wool is simple and quick to apply whilst walking.

1. Take a small tuft of wool from the sachet.
2. Fluff up the wool by gently pulling it apart.
3. Place the wool on the area where pressure or friction occurs, for example on the heel, toes or ball of the foot.
4. Then put on your sock and shoe so that the wool stays firmly in place.

The wool moulds itself to the skin and moves with you whilst walking. Many walkers use walking wool preventatively before setting off, but it can also be used if a sensitive spot develops whilst walking.

The wool can be used several times. Once the wool loses its resilience, it is advisable to use a new piece of wool. After use, the wool can be discarded. As it is a natural product, it is fully biodegradable.
