Ordering, exchanging and returning

It is of course possible that your order does not meet your expectations. In that case, you can return your order to us within 14 days.

For orders over €45, returns are free of charge for the UK, Ireland and Germany. For orders below this amount or for multiple returns, the return costs are at your own expense. These return conditions apply to customers in the UK, Ireland and Germany.

How do I return my item?

  1. You can register your return here and create the return label.
  2. Enter the order number and your email address for your order.
  3. Select which products you want to return and whether you want to exchange or return them. If you want to exchange, please indicate which product you want.
  4. Download a return label that you can print or a QR code if you do not have a printer.
  5. You can hand in your return at the nearest DHL point.

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be returned. These include sheepskin rugs/sewn skins and custom-made duvets.
  • Items that have been used or worn cannot be returned either.

Refund

We need some time to process your return. Once we have received your returned order, we will check the details and you will receive your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used in our webshop.

If your return causes your order amount to fall below £45, we will have to charge the original shipping costs of £6.95 and deduct this from your refund.

Can I exchange an order?

If you would like to exchange your order for another product, that is of course also possible. Please indicate this when creating the return label or include a note in the box with your wishes.

How do I place an order?

  • Place the desired products in your shopping cart.
  • Click on your shopping basket and proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in your details and choose a payment method. Place the order.

And then?

  • All orders placed before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. All orders over €45 are shipped free of charge. We ship with PostNL and DHL.
