Ordering and Returns

Of course, it may happen that your order does not meet your expectations. In that case, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days.

How do I return my item?

1. Register your return here using our return form.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Indicate which products you want to exchange or return.
4. Print the return label or create a QR code
5. Drop off your parcel at a DHL point

Which items cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be returned. These include sheepskin rugs and custom-made duvets.

Items that have been used or worn cannot be returned either.

Refund

We need some time to process your return. Once we have received your returned order, we will check the details and you will receive your refund within 14 days in the same way you paid in our webshop.

Can I exchange an order?

If you would like to exchange your order for another product, that is of course also possible. Please indicate this on the return form or include a note in the box.

How do I place an order?

• Click on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
• Fill in your details and choose a payment method. Place the order.

And then?

• All orders placed before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. We ship with PostNL and DHL.
